Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations of State-owned Enterprises of the Communist Party of China (for Trial Implementation)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), and issued a notice requiring all regions and departments to strictly abide by them.
